Services A typical project follows a seven-stage path from inception to completion, encompassing briefing, concept and schematic, detail design and then implementation.
Interior architecture and design
Concept direction and spatial planning are the starting points for all new projects. We develop schemes to include materials and finishes that flow through to joinery, furniture and decorative elements. Detail design, as well as the coordination of services - such as plumbing, mechanical and electrical, lighting and audiovisual - move the project forward to the implementation phase.
Permissions and coordination
We prepare all permissions and applications ahead of site commencement, and submit and manage them all the way through to completion. We carry out the tendering process for relevant contractors, and arrange all necessary appointments with those we select. We take care of all end-to-end coordination on behalf of our clients, including the management of client-contractor liaisons and contractor-consultant team relations.
We source and procure all decorative elements, architectural finishes and materials in a timely manner, ahead of installation.
Furniture and specialist joinery
We carefully select craftspeople, artisan makers and quality suppliers, to design and craft bespoke joinery, furniture and lighting that are tailored to each project’s requirements. Our spaces are thoughtfully arranged by curating a blend of the old, the new and the bespoke.
Installation, styling and aftercare
Upon site completion, we install all the decorative elements and arrange and style the space, so that it’s ready to be enjoyed. Our aftercare service provides both clients and users with the tools to inhabit their new space with confidence and - most importantly - in comfort.
